Week 13
It had to happen. I stand before you with head hung low. I've put on a pound this week.
I have to admit I've become rather lax about counting calories. I managed to lose weight last week without doing so, so thought I could continue. Anyway, I vow here and now to get back on the straight and narrow and do better next week... if only to make sure that a certain friend and colleague who keeps on suggesting I indulge in cream cakes and cornish pasties is made to pay out his sponsorship in full!
I've been on a diet for two weeks and all I've lost is two weeks.
